Get answers to common questions about Full Legs Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles and hormones. Scheduling regular waxing every four to six weeks maintains results and can reduce regrowth rate and ingrown hairs over time.

Clean, dry skin is best; avoid heavy creams, oils or self-tanning products before your appointment. Trim excessive length to roughly a quarter-inch if necessary. Gently exfoliate two days prior to help prevent ingrown hairs but avoid harsh scrubs immediately before waxing.

Everyone's pain threshold differs; first-time clients may feel brief, sharp tugs during hair removal but most report tolerable discomfort. Our technicians use calming techniques, quick strip removal, and soothing post-wax care to minimize sensitivity and promote faster recovery.

Hair should be about a quarter-inch (around 6mm) for wax to properly grip. If hair is too short waxing won't remove it; if too long, trimming can reduce discomfort. We can trim during your appointment when needed.

Do not wax sunburned or recently tanned skin; waxing can worsen irritation, peeling, and damage. Wait until sunburn has healed and any tanning fades, usually at least a week. If you've had spray tan, call us for specific timing advice.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise and tanning for 24 to 48 hours. Apply a gentle, unscented moisturizer and wear SPF when outdoors. Resume gentle exfoliation after a few days to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smoothness between appointments.
