Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Fruit Facial.

The Fruit Facial is ideal for combination, normal and mildly dry or congested skin. Its gentle enzymes suit many skin types, but severely sensitive or compromised skin should consult our esthetician for a patch test or tailored modifications before treatment.

Most Fruit Facial appointments last 45 to 60 minutes, including consultation, cleansing, exfoliation with fruit enzymes, mask and moisturizing finish. Timing varies slightly based on skin needs and customizations discussed with your esthetician.

Sensitive or rosacea-prone skin can sometimes react to fruit enzymes. We recommend a professional skin assessment and a patch test prior to full treatment. If needed, we’ll adjust enzyme strength or select milder botanical alternatives to protect the skin.

For most clients we recommend a Fruit Facial every four to six weeks to maintain exfoliation, hydration and tone. Your esthetician will customize frequency based on skin condition, sensitivity and your at-home routine to optimize long-term results.

Combining services is possible but timing matters. We usually recommend scheduling waxing or threading at least 48 hours before or after a Fruit Facial to avoid irritation from simultaneous exfoliation and hair removal. Discuss your appointment sequence with our team for a safe plan.

Aftercare includes gentle cleansing, daily broad-spectrum SPF, and avoiding direct sun, hot saunas and abrasive scrubs for 48–72 hours. Use calm, hydrating products and skip retinoids or chemical exfoliants for several days to allow enzymes to balance your skin.
